Reporting something wrong

This is the email we answer fastest. Include the page and, if you have it, the airline page that contradicts us. Rules change without notice and a reader at the counter usually finds out before we do. Confirmed corrections go up the same day and the verification date on the page moves.

Asking about a route

We answer what a rule says and where it is written. We are not a travel agency and we do not book, change or cancel anything. If you want a person to build the itinerary with you, the phone number on our program pages reaches an independent agency, and we are paid a referral fee when you call it.

Press, airlines and partnerships

Same address. Airlines who think a page misreads their own terms are especially welcome, with the link to the terms. We do not accept payment to change a verdict, and we do not run sponsored program pages.
